2. Offer information on how academic credentials can be certified as true copies by a notary/solicitor
3. Ensure application form pack is complete before submitting to partner university/college
4. Communicate regularly with student until an offer letter is issued
5. Contact student to congratulate him/her when offer letter is issued
6. Discuss the financial requirements and documents required for the visa application
7. Visit the student within 48 hours of his/her arrival in the UK
8. Accompany the student to his/her university/college of choice for the registration procedure
9. Assist student with accommodation, book purchase, etc
10. Monitor student's progress and attendance
